How do I pay for my eBay Item?  (top)

    You may either pay for your item by returning to the eBay auction and clicking the "Checkout !" Big Blue Button that says Check Out (at the end of the ebay ad) or you may click through the payment link found in your winning bid confirmation email.

    Simply follow the online instructions to complete your checkout. You will have ten days from the end of the auction to complete your checkout.

    Once you have paid for your item you will receive a second email containing your order number and order total.

    Please note, each winning auction must be paid for separately. If you have made multiple purchases from different auctions, we can assist you with combining shipping via email customerservice@LowestPriceOnline.com BEFORE YOU PAY. If you purchase multiple items in the same eBAY auction, during checkout, your shipping will automatically be reduced.

    If you experience problems with checkout or you have not received your confirmation email (allow up to 6 hours after auction ends for the email to arrive), you may contact Customer Service at customerservice@LowestPriceOnline.com or call 1-626-797-9459 (8:00 am-6:00 pm PT, Monday-Friday closed Saturday & Sunday). Please have the following information ready:

    • Email address (associated with your eBay account)
    • eBay auction number
    • eBay User ID

    • Complete Billing Address

What is the total for my eBay item?  (top)

    To see your total you must begin checkout to pay for your auction. Shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable) will be added during checkout following completion of your shipping information.

Why does the payment status on "My eBay" page show that my auction has not been paid for?  (top)

    When purchasing items from LowestPriceOnline.com, the auction payment status in your my eBay area is not automatically updated. The "Paid" feature in the My eBay section has no effect on your eBay standing - it is an eBay courtesy feature that is automated when payment through PayPal is completed. You may update this status yourself in your "My eBay" area. Simple select the item and mark it as paid.

The check out link is not working. Can I give you my payment information by phone?  (top)

    Yes, only if the check out link is not working. Please call our Customer Service at customerservice@LowestPriceOnline.com . Please have the following information ready:

    • Email address (associated with your eBay account)
    • eBay auction number
    • eBay User ID
    • Your name as it appears on your Credit card

Do you accept Pay Pal, checks or eBay Gift Certificates?  (top)

    Yes we accept PAYPAL. We do accept eBay Gift Certificates for Paypal payments only. You MUST use the gift certificate number as indicated during the Paypal checkout. It may not be applied after the transaction is paid.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?  (top)

    We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. For International Shipping to Canada, please refer to the Ebay Ad for shipping rates. For all other countries, please contact us at customerservice@LowestPriceOnline.com  or call us toll-free at 1-800-865-6734.

    Depending on the auction item . Within the text of the ad and/or at the bottom of the ad where shipping policy is stated - if any additional shipping charges are to be incurred it will be stated in one or both places.

Do you ship to an APO address?  (top)

    Yes, but depending on the auction item an additional shipping charge may be incurred . Within the text of the ad and/or at the bottom of the ad where shipping policy is stated - if any additional shipping charges are to be incurred it will be stated in one or both places.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?  (top)

    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, but if the item is over 2 lbs and typically would ship via UPS and you wish for it be shipped to a P.O. Box than an additional shipping charge will be incurred.

    We ship via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS & Federal Express. We choose the carrier at our discretion.

What is the condition of this eBay item? Is it new?  (top)

    Shipping charges are based on the winning auction amount, the shipping method and the destination.

How long will my order take to deliver?  (top)

    Standard Delivery time of your item takes 3 to 7 business-days (may take up to 10 days depending on location, weather, and carrier performance).

Do you charge Sales Tax?  (top)

    Only if your item is being delivered to a California Address will you be charged Sales Tax. Otherwise, all items being delivered outside of California will NOT be charged Sales Tax.

What is your return policy?  (top)

    We accept returns up to 14 days from the original date of delivery. We'll refund the total price of your purchase IF it is returned in the same condition as it was shipped: NEW, unused, and undamaged, with all supporting instructions and documentation. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

    All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Unfortunately we are unable to process your return without an RMA so please email us at Customservice@LowestPriceOnline.com with the following information:

    • Name
    • Ebay Email Address
    • Ebay Auction Number
    • Item Number of product being returned
    • Reason for return
    • If these instructions are followed properly, you should receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 24-48 hours
